What is this challenge about

- Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems;

- Evaluate the current state and identify customer requirements;

- Define the future state and/or appropriate business solutions;

- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders;

- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system designs;

- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making;

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions;

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation;

- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions;

- Support and guide the team to ensure effective performance;

- Provide and implement solutions to problems within the immediate team and across other teams;

What we are looking for

- +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

- Good communication skills;

- Analytical thinking;

- Experience managing several stakeholders;

- Intermediate proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) is required;

- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
