We are looking for a Backend Developer, to work hybrid in Braga, who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:
- Contributing to the evolution of conversational systems powered by text and voice, used to streamline interactions in highly relevant service sectors.
- Designing and enhancing backend components that support agent behaviours, transactional flows, and new service integrations.
- Developing new features and improving core modules to ensure reliable, scalable, and human-centred digital experiences.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new interaction models to life and enhance overall system performance.

What we are looking for
- Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge;
- Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity in tackling technical challenges;
- 4+ Years professional experience with .NET or Node.js development;
- Solid understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker);
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis);
- Familiarity with development best practices, software design patterns, CI/CD principles;
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs;
- Fluent level of English (mandatory);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Braga Office, Onboarding onsite for 6 weeks;
