What we are looking for:

- Academic background in Computer Science (or a related IT degree), Economics, or Finance;

- Proven experience in 3rd line IT Support tasks;

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;

- High level of empathy and strong ownership of customer issues;

- Hands-on experience with Java;

- Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming languages;

- Power BI experience is a plus;

- Familiarity with basic financial concepts;

- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills;

- Ability to identify and promote process improvements;

- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
