We are looking for an Amazing:
PHP Backend
Seniority: Senior (5+ years)
Position Type: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates must already be living in Portugal!
The amazing you will have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Solid knowledge of PHP 7.4+ or 8.x.
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and best practices in backend development.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – used daily in the work environment.
- Experience with automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest, etc.) or manual testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of best security practices in web development.
