IBM Systems and Communications Administrator

We are looking for an IBM Systems and Communications Administrator (m/f) to directly integrate our client's team, a solid financial institution with a strong commitment to technology, operational continuity, and information security.

Responsibilities:

Management of IBM Infrastructure

- Manage and maintain AS/400 and AIX platforms;

- Manage backup systems and data replication for the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC);

- Provide second-line technical support to users and systems managed by the area;

- Install, configure, and maintain software solutions and systems;

- Implement strategies defined in the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Management of Voice and Data Solutions

- Manage telephone exchanges and call recording solutions;

- Manage and configure mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, hotspots), including app installation and troubleshooting;

- Ensure the operation of the WiFi network, as well as the WAN and LAN infrastructures;

- Monitor the management of costs associated with corporate communications.

Management of IBM Storage (SAN)

- Manage IBM POWER SAN storage solutions;

- Diagnose and resolve storage-related incidents.

Required Profile

- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar (preferable) or 12th grade with relevant technical-professional training;

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, especially in IBM environments;

- Knowledge in the administration of AS/400, AIX and IBM storage;

- Experience with Informix databases;

- Knowledge of networks, client hardware/software and second-line technical support.
