The TechOps setup is responsible for handling incidents in our production environment as well as making sure our applications are performing and keeping stable operations.

Responsibilities

- Technical support - L3.

- Software development.

- Application responsibility.

- Incident handling.

- Possesses a strong knowledge on relevant technology- and business domains and takes a proactive role in sparring with stakeholders on possible solution designs.

- Education and keeping skills at necessary level.

- Has high responsibility for setting direction, guide colleagues, facilitate solution designs.

- Resource Planning.

Main Requirements

- 5- 8 years of experience in software development with Java.

- 5+ years working with Spring Boot.

- Experience with SQL.

- Proactively solution oriented (Nothing is lost in the cracks).

- Always on the ball.

- Displays maturity and loyalty to the processes, organization, and decisions.

- Dares and wants to challenge status quo.

- Keeping cool and taking qualified decisions under pressure.

- Able and willing to mentor and teach others.

- Is very adept at managing own time and priorities.

- Collaboration and help-seeking are seen as strengths.
