Must-Have:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Data or BI Analyst

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Experience in defining KPIs and business monitoring metrics

- Solid knowledge of SQL

- Proficiency in Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar BI technologies

- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports

- Experience with data warehouses and working with engineering teams on ETL pipelines

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
