What you’ll do:

- Be the Go-To Problem Solver – Own and resolve incoming support requests, providing hands-on technical support for our product in high tech dynamic production environments

- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. You'll be the bridge that turns challenges into solutions

- Drive Continuous Improvement – Evolve our support tools, processes, and infrastructure so we can scale smarter and respond faster. Your ideas and action will directly shape how we work

- Keep the Customer in the Loop – communicate progress clearly and consistently, ensuring customers always know where things stand

Requirements

What you must have:

- Knowledge in Programming and scripting languages (e.g. C#, JavaScript, PowerShell or Bash) - although primary responsibility is not programming, being able to interpret, troubleshoot and mitigate issues over existing code base is required

- Knowledge in relational Databases – interpret a data model and being able to retrieve and analyze data

- Excellent English skills – spoken and written

- Time management, organization and prioritization

- Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out

- Great interpersonal and communication skills – working together to meet deadlines

- Initiative – seeking continuous improvement and implementing best practice in technology environment

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

- Knowledge with SQL Server

- Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container platforms
