What you will do:

- Be the Problem Solver – Take on and resolve support requests, providing hands-on technical support for our product in dynamic high-tech production environments.

- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. You will be the bridge that transforms challenges into solutions.

- Drive Continuous Improvement – Evolve our support tools, processes, and infrastructure so we can scale more intelligently and respond faster. Your ideas and actions will directly shape how we work.

- Keep the Customer Informed – communicate progress clearly and consistently, ensuring customers always know where things stand.

Requirements

What you should have:

- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash) - while the primary responsibility is not programming, it is necessary to be able to interpret, troubleshoot, and mitigate issues with the existing codebase.

- Knowledge of relational databases – interpret a data model and be capable of retrieving and analyzing data.

- Excellent English language skills – spoken and written.

- Time management, organization, and prioritization.

- Attention to detail – thorough in the work performed.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills – working together to meet deadlines.

- Initiative – striving for continuous improvement and implementing best practices in the tech environment.

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

- Knowledge of SQL Server.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container platforms.
