What you will be doing:

- Design, develop, and maintain a high-quality technical platform built on Azure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers (frontend, backend, mobile), product managers, UI/Testing/Integration COEs, and tech leadership to define and implement new features and improvements.

- Lead technical solution reviews to ensure the platform remains scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Guide the development of clean, scalable, and efficient code via code reviews and peer collaboration.

- Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement across the platform and Azure ecosystem.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Design and implement secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines and monitor platform health and performance.

- Create detailed technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, runbooks, and user guides.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including global business units and software partners.

- Support project planning activities including task estimation, risk identification, and tracking progress.

What we are looking for:

- Several years of experience as a Platform, Solution, or Application Architect.

- Strong expertise in Azure services architecture and development.

- Proven experience implementing secure, scalable technical platforms with technologies such as React, C#, .NET, Azure SQL, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and Git.

- Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO, ISF) and architecture topics including single sign-on, federation, and disaster recovery.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence.

- Experience leading development and infrastructure teams across global, multi-time zone environments.

- Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

What will be a plus:

- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.

- Microsoft Azure Architect certifications.

- Experience with e-commerce or customer-facing platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Databricks, or related Azure services.

- Contribution to open-source or industry communities related to platform architecture.
