We’re looking for a Digital Innovation Strategist to design and implement digital strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer engagement. You’ll combine data, creativity, and design thinking to create user-centered experiences and identify new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

- Audit existing research and identify insight gaps for product squads.

- Develop and lead comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.

- Analyze trends, data, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email).

- Oversee digital assets and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.

- Apply design thinking and co-creation to deliver innovative solutions and products.

- Monitor KPIs and performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote business expansion and innovation.

- Foster an AI-driven and lean digital culture across teams and projects.

Requirements

- Solid experience in Digital Strategy and Marketing.

- Ability to conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.

- Availability to travel.

Nice to have

- Experience with Design Thinking, UX, and Co-Creation.

- Familiarity with AI-driven initiatives.

- Experience preparing PE/Board-ready materials.
