Your tasks:

- Ensure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Bosch’s global standards.

- Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization-related topics.

- Act as a key interface between user departments, project teams, and role development units.

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.

- Support critical project phases including cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare.

- Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.

Your profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.

- Experience: Solid understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA functional aspects; Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.

- Knowledge: Strong cross-module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments; Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.

- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.

- Personality: Independent, structured, and customer-focused approach; Able to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities; Team-oriented mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration; Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments; Clear communicator with a proactive attitude.
