What will you be doing?
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
- Ensuring the requirements are clear and actionable for the development team.
- Supporting the design of new features and applications based on business needs.
- Writing and executing acceptance test criteria, ensuring solutions meet expectations.
- Contributing to an Agile and Design Thinking environment, applying best practices to improve project outcomes.
- Collaborating with product and project teams using Jira and Confluence.
What are we looking for?
- Up to 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or other relevant areas.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAS, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Portuguese fluency (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate in English when needed.
- Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
