What are you going to do?

- Design, develop, and maintain core components (container apps), including new tools for AI agents;

- Maintain and evolve the Knowledge Base and backoffice interfaces (admin re-structuring, new features, and debugging);

- Develop and optimize front-end interfaces (React) and backend services (Python, Django, APIs, microservices);

- Implement and enhance RAG pipelines (chunking, indexing, search) and integrate with vector databases, Haystack, and hybrid search engines;

- Support productization of business units, ensuring traceability, monitoring, and debugging during stabilization phases;

- Integrate with LLMs (AI Foundry), including multimodal inputs (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, images, documents);

- Develop APIs and orchestrate pipelines with LangGraph and other frameworks;

- Expand agent capabilities (webscraping, ML connectors, new data sources like SharePoint, datalake ingestion);

- Ensure CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, optimization, and security best practices.

What are we looking for?

- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with focus on Azure Cloud;

- Strong expertise in backend development with Python and frameworks like Django;

- Experience with front-end development in React;

- Proven experience building microservices architectures and REST APIs for business systems;

- Hands-on experience with LangGraph orchestration pipelines, Haystack, vector databases, and RAG methodologies (chunking, indexing, hybrid search, open search, etc.);

- Familiarity with LLM integration (AI Foundry) and multimodal processing (speech-to-text, images, text-to-speech);

- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and debugging;

- Proficiency with Git and modern development practices;

- Knowledge of APIM (API Management) for LLM gateways is a plus;

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills;

- Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above);

- Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card – mandatory requirement;
