What will you be doing?
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics across digital touchpoints
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiments
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
- Optimize website/app performance and conversion funnels
- Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and support decision-making
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience in digital analytics, CRO, or marketing analytics
- Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Target, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and analytics of user journeys
- Experience creating landing pages and managing tag implementations (GTM, Data Layer)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in providing insights
