What will you be doing?
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense)
- Explore datasets using SQL and other query tools
- Apply statistical and visualization techniques to extract insights
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
- Support data-driven decision-making and process optimization
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense)
- Experience with Excel, data visualization, and reporting
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) is a plus
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation
- Experience with event-level tracking, web/app analytics, or A/B testing
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
