What are you going to do?
- Coordinate the technical development and manage the product backlog for critical software solutions;
- Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ software for automation and control systems in the energy sector;
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and debugging;
- Ensure code quality through clean architecture, organization, and automation best practices;
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to system optimization and stability;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and project milestones.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in leading technical teams and/or managing backlogs (Product Owner / Project Manager roles);
- Strong programming skills in C/C++;
- Solid experience with multithreading and memory management;
- Commitment to code quality and development best practices;
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively;
- Organized and results-driven approach;
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking capabilities.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) – mandatory;
- Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
