What will you be doing?
- Mapping and modelling AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Creating clear, structured, and reusable technical and functional documentation.
- Working with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, draw.io, and Confluence to document and share process knowledge.
- Structuring Confluence pages, managing templates, macros, permissions, and navigation.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather information and validate processes.
- Supporting agile teams and applying ITSM principles where applicable.
- Contributing to process improvement aligned with standards like COBIT and TOGAF.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in process modelling and/or functional analysis.
- Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and experience with tools like Bizagi and Visio.
- Familiarity with Confluence page management and collaboration features.
- Basic knowledge of process management concepts (BPM), agile methodologies, and ITSM.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
