IT Delivery Specialist

Profile Description:

- More than 5 years of professional experience in areas such as IT Operations and/or Network Operations;

- Experience with monitoring systems (DataDog, Dynatrace, Nagios, New Relic, Splunk, Zabbix,…);

- Knowledge of notification practices for events/alerts in IT and DevOps/SRE environments;

- Previous involvement in operational IT delivery teams responsible for the implementation process from design to delivery;

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, or Rust);

- Familiarity with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions;

- Knowledge in using and integrating APIs (REST, SOAP, Web Services);

- Familiarity with BI/Reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI,… ) and SQL;

- Experience with ITSM solutions as a user, administrator, or developer;

- Knowledge in automation (Ansible, Puppet, UIPath,…);

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and common DevOps/SRE tools (GitHub, Terraform, Chef…);

- Good knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems, virtual machines, and installation/configuration of software solutions in those environments;

- Experience in implementing technological solutions in a SaaS context, with the ability to present solutions;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Mandatory requirement: Residency in Portugal or legal documentation for this purpose.
