Noesis Expands Presence with New Offices in Guarda and Castelo Branco

Portuguese technology consultancy Noesis is strengthening its commitment to decentralization by opening two new offices in Guarda (February 3) and Castelo Branco (February 12). The company plans to hire 25 people in areas such as low-code development, quality management, and automation.

This move is part of Noesis’ strategy to create decentralized competence centers that serve both national and international clients. The company, which has been implementing this strategy for years, operates in seven countries and employs 1,200 people in Portugal. It aims to recruit graduates from the University of Beira Interior and Polytechnic Institutes in the region, as well as senior professionals in fields like data analytics and artificial intelligence.

The expansion follows Noesis’ earlier initiatives, such as the Covilhã office and a small hub at the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda. It reflects the company’s focus on linking with the academic community to nurture talent and meet the demand for Engineering and Technology expertise.
