Sara Pimpão, former country leader of Eurofirms, and David Sanglas, former International Leader and country manager for Italy at Eurofirms, have co-founded iU Talent, a new human resources consultancy. Initially focused on recruitment and selection, the consultancy plans to expand into temporary work and outsourcing.
By the end of the year, iU Talent aims to hire 20 professionals to strengthen its team, which currently includes five employees. The consultancy’s recruitment model leverages artificial intelligence, enabling staff to focus on strategic decision-making and human contact.
Sara Pimpão, co-founder of iU Talent, emphasized the company’s approach: “We believe recruitment goes far beyond filling vacancies. We aim to create a real impact on companies and people’s professional lives.”
David Sanglas highlighted the company’s commitment to the 4 Cs: candidates, employees, customers, and colleagues, and stressed the importance of using the best technology to foster growth and workplace happiness.
The consultancy will be hiring administrative staff, operations managers, sales representatives, recruitment technicians, process managers, and customer managers. The work model is hybrid, allowing for flexibility and collaboration.
