Key Requirements

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- Degree in Computer Science or related HR or management fields;

- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience working with SAP;

- Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);

- Skills as a Project Manager (end-to-end experience in the project lifecycle);

- Functional and technical knowledge in SAP Payroll;

- Legal knowledge of labor legislation in Portugal;

- Proficiency in ABAP programming and/or Outsystems is a plus;

- Speaking, writing, presenting, and communication skills in English and Portuguese.

- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work visa in Portugal).

Additional Good Knowledge

- Proficiency in ABAP programming and/or Outsystems
