Objective of the Role

To lead and coordinate strategic artificial intelligence projects applied to the telecommunications sector, ensuring the delivery of innovative, efficient solutions aligned with the company's business objectives.

What we expect from you

- Manage the project lifecycle of AI projects, including planning, execution, control, and delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Development, Architecture, and Support teams.

- Translate business needs into viable technical requirements.

- Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies between projects.

- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, architecture, and best technological practices.

- Monitor KPIs and success metrics of implemented AI projects.

- Stay updated on AI trends in the telecommunications sector.

Who we are looking for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a similar field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing technology projects, preferably with a focus on AI/ML.

- Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued.

- General knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies (programming knowledge is not required, but understanding of their functionality is essential).

- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

- Knowledge of data engineering, cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is valued.

- Additionally, experience in telephony/CTI/IVR solutions/platforms (e.g., Genesys) is valued.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinking oriented towards results.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
