Senior Deep Learning Engineer - Automated Driving (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

- Create, optimize and deploy new and innovative Deep Learning architectures based on RGB, LiDAR, Radar (2D and 3D point cloud), NIR and fusion systems.

- Define and interact on innovative sensor fusion system architectures for autonomous driving.

- Work in close cooperation with Research and innovation team to improve and optimize new solutions.

- Understand and analyze the interplay of hardware, software and algorithm architectures and applications.

- Lead a technical team, mentor students, interconnect with other teams.

- Interact with stakeholders, and adapt the technical roadmap to development speed and milestones.

What distinguishes you:

- MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related AI field.

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing, Computer Vision, Deep Learning.

- Expertise with transformer-based architectures related to Semantic Segmentation or 3D Object Detection.

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow/PyTorch).

- Enthusiasm in working on autonomous driving innovation.

- Solid technical mindset, teamwork and communication skills.

- Experience with technical leading, mentoring others.
