Portuguese consultancy Stellaxius is opening applications for its Salesforce Academy, a six-month training program aimed at young professionals with up to one year of experience who are looking to begin a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. The initiative combines structured training, personalized mentoring, and hands-on project integration, with the goal of addressing the growing demand for Salesforce-certified professionals.
Participants will move through four phases — Onboarding, Beginner, Intermediate, and Graduate — each designed to build both technical knowledge and consulting skills. From day one, trainees are paired with senior consultants, gaining experience through internal projects and eventually moving on to client work.
The program offers more than just training: trainees are hired on permanent contracts with full employee benefits. This includes remote-first policies, wellness and home office stipends, and competitive pay. “We want to prepare the next generation of Salesforce consultants and developers,” said Raquel Teixeira, HR Director at Stellaxius. “Eighty percent of past academy participants are still with us, continuing to grow their careers within the company.”
