Randstad Relocates Headquarters to Quinta do Lambert, Lisbon, Emphasizing Sustainability and Well-being

Randstad Portugal is moving its main office to a new location in Lisbon called Quinta do Lambert this July. This change shows the company's strong focus on being environmentally friendly, supporting social responsibility, improving how it runs its business, and making sure employees are happy and healthy.

The new space is designed to work well with the company's approach to teamwork, flexibility, and putting people first.

It has different areas that can be used in many ways to support different types of work and includes easy access for people with mobility challenges.

Sustainability was very important in planning this move.

The new building uses smart technology to manage resources better, like energy-saving heating and cooling systems and sensors that turn off lights and equipment when not in use. Also, a lot of the furniture from the old office will be reused to help protect the environment.

Raul Neto, the CEO of Randstad Portugal, said:

“This move shows our commitment to sustainability and our connection with the communities we work with.

Our new headquarters will help us use resources more efficiently, improve how we operate, and create a workplace that truly supports our team and culture. We made sure to include flexibility, teamwork, and employee well-being in everything we designed. ”
