Portuguese tech firm Milestone, marking 15 years in business, has grown to 200 employees and expects over 15% revenue growth in 2025. With €13.5 million turnover in 2024—a 7% rise—the company is entering a new strategic phase focused on innovation, international expansion, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent automation.
Founded in 2010 by four entrepreneurs, Milestone aimed to be more than just a tech supplier—positioning itself as a close, committed consultancy partner. Now, with SAP, Microsoft, and Cisco Gold Partner statuses, 35 new clients in 2024, and around 200 active accounts, it balances scale with startup agility.
Diversity and well-being are key: 36% of STEM roles and 42% of leadership are women, backed by 51% of the budget invested annually in employee wellness. Retention stands at an impressive 93%.
Milestone looks ahead to deepening European ties and solidifying its AI and cybersecurity leadership—while keeping its close client relationships intact.
