Peter Oh here — last week marked the end of my incredible year in Lisbon, a journey that transformed a 5-desk basement setup into a thriving tech hub for Iterable.
Since May 2024, we’ve grown fast: launched our Lisbon office in September, joined Web Summit in November, hosted our first Scala Meetup in March, and landed in TeamLyzer’s top 10 companies. We built a full R&D site with backend, frontend, SDK engineers, plus a PM, product designers, a UX researcher — and kicked off our first FinOps team.
Huge thanks to the early Lisbon team, our local HR and recruiting heroes, and the leadership at HQ who made this growth possible. Special shoutout to Paulo Dias, now leading the site — the future is bright with you at the helm.
