Portuguese startup Eliot, a CEiiA spin-off, has unveiled the ET15 – a fully electric, autonomous drone built for urgent medical deliveries and humanitarian missions in hard-to-reach areas, from disaster zones to remote villages. Carrying up to 15 kg of blood, organs, or medicines, it can fly 100 km and combines fixed-wing range with VTOL precision for tough terrains.
Developed with Rangel and CEiiA, the ET15 earned Eliot the PEL Startup 2025 Logistics Excellence Award from APLOG. CEO Inês Folhadela Furtado says the project proves “innovation, when applied with purpose, can transform industries and social realities.” Eliot also provides aerial platform testing, regulatory support, and systems integration, aiming to make advanced air mobility greener and more impactful.
