At 32, Clan is celebrating more than just longevity - it’s marking a bold evolution from a traditional HR company to a digital powerhouse redefining how talent meets opportunity.
Originally founded as Multipessoal, the company entered a new era in 2022 with the launch of Clan, Portugal’s first fully digital employment platform. The impact was immediate: over 70,000 users, 20,000 hires, and 400 clients in just its first year. The transformation was cemented with a complete rebrand in January 2025, solidifying Clan’s identity as a digital-first HR innovator.
Today, Clan sees 1,100 daily applications, one million monthly visits, and 75,000 new registrations annually. Alongside this growth came Pulse, a digital suite for corporate clients launched in 2024, offering real-time hiring metrics, interview scheduling, and performance feedback — the first integrated B2B HR solution of its kind in Portugal.
Beyond recruitment, Clan is expanding into digital consulting, employer branding, and recruitment marketing, earning nine industry awards in just five years, including Five Stars and Best HR Suppliers.
