Bosch & U.Porto: A New Fast-Track for Engineering Students

Bosch and the University of Porto (FEUP) have launched "Tech Start," a program designed to turn academic theory into career-ready skills. This initiative offers 25 Master’s students in AI, Data Science, and Robotics a direct link to the high-tech industry.

Mentorship & Financial Support

The Bosch University of Porto engineering scholarship 2026 provides a €1,000 annual grant to students facing financial barriers. However, the real value lies in the Bosch mentorship program for future engineers Portugal. Each participant works with a Bosch expert to master agile methodologies, UX design, and project management—skills that aren't always covered in a classroom.

Real-World Innovation

As part of the Bosch and U.Porto STEM education initiatives, students gain exclusive access to internal tech industry events like the Software Summit. This exposure allows them to network with professionals and tackle real-world innovation challenges before they even graduate.

With the IT sector in Portugal growing rapidly, programs like "Tech Start" provide the competitive edge needed to stand out. While there is no direct job contract, the experience prepares the next generation of engineers for top-tier roles in the global market.
