Allegations of moral harassment and controversial dismissals at Bosch’s industrial unit in Braga have raised red flags among employees. More than ten workers reportedly filed complaints last March against two senior staff members, accusing them of harassment, intimidation, manipulation, and defamation.
While an internal disciplinary process was launched, complainants claim that the abusive behavior persisted without any visible disciplinary action. Many of those involved were later included in a wave of dismissals, officially attributed to "production loss."
However, workers question this rationale, citing staff replacements and no real reduction in jobs. The union and workers' committee are now supporting affected individuals, some of whom have initiated legal proceedings.
Bosch, when contacted, declined to comment, citing employee confidentiality.
