Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of point of sale (POS) computer equipment
  • Configuration of SQL Server databases
  • Configuration of billing hardware and software (Sage 50C and Zonesoft)
  • Management of tickets and response to technical intervention requests, with registration in CRM platform
  • Provision of technical assistance to point of sale (remote and on-site)
  • Creation of custom machine images for different Vasp profiles

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifications of the 12th grade
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles
  • Good knowledge of POS systems, SQL Server and billing software
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
