What your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and map production and operational processes;
- Develop and implement improvements based on methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Kaizen;
- Participate in defining standard operating procedures;
- Conduct internal training on best process practices and continuous improvement;
- Support the implementation of technologies and automations in processes;
- Work closely with areas such as Quality, Production, Engineering, and Logistics;
- Identify and measure various wastes in production processes, prioritize, and promote actions on the main causes;
- Support factory maintenance management, supported by associated KPIs;
- Promote continuous improvement projects and build and implement performance metrics for production processes;
- Promote productivity improvement actions;
- Define workstation STD, material flows, and layouts, identify, propose, and test potential improvements;
- Identify improvement opportunities at the level of production operation provisioning, new methods and hardware;
- Identify improvement opportunities regarding the repeatability and reproducibility of processes, methods, and tools;
- Analyze the different production processes at a technical level and identify new methods/tools with key suppliers in the market;
Profile and requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent area;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.);
- Experience in process analysis and operational efficiency projects;
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.);
- Language requirements: proven proficiency at C2 level in Portuguese and proven proficiency at B2 level in English;
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability;
- Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism to coordinate work among teams.
