Job Description

The role aims to improve cyber maturity across Securities Services IT Production by coordinating cyber hygiene initiatives and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate Cyber Hygiene projects with IT Production, CIB, and Group Production Security.

- Monitor progress, report to steering committees, and support issue resolution.

- Oversee topics such as Privileged Access Management, system/credential hardening, patching, and vulnerability management.

- Support middleware teams in technical decisions (non‑hands‑on).

- Validate technical solutions and integrate CISO/Architecture guidelines.

- Participate in relevant architecture and security committees.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

- Proven experiences and track records in project management in technical environment

- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure: Systems (Linux, Windows, Cloud), Networks, Security services

- Production Security background:

- Technical access management(workflows, safes/Cyberark, roles-based model, etc.)

- Vulnerability & patch management

- Hardening principles

- Cyber Security and Risk culture, Cyber Awareness, Cyber Controls

- Data treatment, analysis and visualization is a plus (PoweQuery, PowerBI, etc.)

- Basics of DevOps and Agile methods is a plus

Language Skills:

- English – Fluent
