Job Description

Inetum is looking for a Junior Product Manager with proven experience in SaaS and Cloud solutions to join a dynamic innovation team in the telecommunications sector. This role will lead the development of scalable, high-performance digital products targeted at business clients and end users, with a strong focus on integrating with cloud ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and roadmap for SaaS and Cloud digital solutions, aligned with the company's strategy and the needs of the telecommunications market.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, cloud architecture, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

- Identify innovation and differentiation opportunities within the digital product portfolio.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Ensure efficient integration with telecommunications platforms (e.g., OSS/BSS, 5G networks, IoT).

- Monitor KPIs related to adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on technological trends and the competitive landscape in the telecom and cloud sectors.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Tech Product Manager in SaaS or Cloud environments (preferred).

- Solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry (mobile, fixed, enterprise services, or digital solutions).

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and APIs.

- Ability to translate technical requirements into business value propositions.

- Good English communication skills.

- Work model: Hybrid (maximum 2 times a week in the office).
