Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis and resolution of switching, routing, wi-fi, and firewall issues;
  • Ensure compliance with network security policies;
  • Management and operation of network equipment;
  • Work with enterprise firewalls;
  • Support the configuration of VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, and secure network segmentation;
  • Communication with technical stakeholders in English;

Requirements:

  • Higher education in IT;
  • Up to 5 years of experience in support roles in enterprise network environments (in large companies);
  • Practical experience in support for routing, switching, and wi-fi;
  • Knowledge of firewalls and network security;
  • Good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, others);
  • Experience with the following technologies or similar: HP, Aruba, Palo Alto, Palo Alto Prisma;
  • Preferably experienced in supporting these technologies;
  • Experience using ticketing platforms (preferably ServiceNow);
  • Ability to communicate technical information fluently in English;
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.

Work regime: Hybrid, 2x a week, Lisbon.
