Noesis is looking for the following profile:

- Support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of datacenter infrastructures (physical servers, virtualization, storage, and backups).

- Execute installation, support, and troubleshooting tasks in VMware, HPE, and/or Dell environments.

- Participate in the installation, configuration, and patching of servers and operating systems.

- Support backup projects.

- Collaborate on technology upgrade projects, migrations, and capacity expansion.

- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

- Work closely with senior infrastructure and automation teams, focusing on continuous technical evolution.

Requirements:

- Education in areas related to Computer Engineering, Networks, or Systems.

- At least 2 years of experience.

- Knowledge of datacenter infrastructures and server technologies (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, or equivalents).

- Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization (installation, monitoring, updates).

- Understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

- General understanding of networking, security, and storage (SAN/NAS).

- Good troubleshooting skills and logical reasoning.

- Willingness to learn and evolve in complex environments.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Team spirit and openness to collaboration with more experienced technicians.

- Methodical approach and operational responsibility.

- Service quality orientation.

Preferred:

- Initial technical certifications (VMware VCTA, HPE ATP, Dell Certified Associate, or CompTIA Server+).

- Experience in environments with monitoring and remote management of infrastructures.

- Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

Location: Lisbon

Work model: Hybrid 2/3 times a week
