Noesis is looking for the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute all types of tests, including functional, non-functional, regression, integration, performance, API, and UI tests;
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and testing strategies;
- Define and maintain testing strategies and quality approaches aligned with project objectives;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality;
- Ensure compliance with project testing policies, criteria, strategies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in test automation and associated frameworks;
- Mastery of quality processes in the software development cycle;
- Experience in continuous integration and quality pipelines;
- In-depth knowledge of different types of testing;
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).

- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Methodical approach and defect prevention orientation;
- Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
- Attention to detail combined with a global view of the product;
- Technical leadership and mentoring ability.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Quality roles.
- Experience in complex technological environments (preferable);
- Academic background in Computer Engineering or equivalent field (preferable).
Location: Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Guarda, Covilhã or Castelo Branco.
