Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Installation and configuration of hardware and software (PCs, printers, routers, servers, etc.);

- On-site technical support for end users;

- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues;

- Preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure;

- Collaboration in the management and inventory of IT assets;

Requirements:

- Previous experience in on-site technical support roles (advantageous);

- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and peripherals;

- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems;

- Driving license (valued).

Model: In-Person - 24/7 Shifts (rotating shifts) - 6am to 2pm -> 2pm to 10pm -> 10pm to 6am
