Noesis is looking for the following profile:

- Installation and configuration of hardware and software (PCs, printers, routers, servers, etc.);

- On-site technical support for end-users;

- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software and connectivity issues;

- Preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure;

- Support in meetings, presentations and video conferences;

- Training and guidance for users in the correct use of technology;

- Collaboration in the management and inventory of IT assets;

Requirements:

- Previous experience in on-site technical support roles (advantageous);

- Eligibility for IEFP internship;

- Good knowledge of hardware, networks, operating systems and peripherals;

- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently;

- Good communication, team spirit and user focus;

- Driving license (valued).

Location: Porto, on-site model

Working hours: Rotating shifts: 05h - 13h; 13h - 21h; 21h - 05h
