Description
Noesis is looking for a professional with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Desk technical team.
- Ensure the correct prioritization and escalation of issues.
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure the quality of service and user satisfaction.
- Act as a contact point between the Service Desk and other IT teams.
- Support the management of critical incidents.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure the knowledge base is up to date.
- Conduct regular feedback, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating technical support/Service Desk teams.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in phone support and end-user support.
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Experience in metric analysis and reporting.
- Experience in microcomputer support.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows, networks, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, etc.).
- Good communication, organization, and priority management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL (preferably ITIL certification).
Location: Lisbon, in-person work arrangement.
