Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.

- Experience in user support, including diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.

- Hands-on experience installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.

- Experience working with ServiceNow.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

- Knowledge of analysis, troubleshooting and resolution (Networks; Applications; Systems; Windows, Office).

- Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation.

- Proactivity and dynamism.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
