Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

- Installation and configuration of hardware and software (PCs, printers, routers, servers, etc.);

- On-site technical support for end users;

- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues;

- Preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure;

- Support in meetings, presentations, and video conferences;

- Training and guidance for users in the correct use of technology;

- Collaboration in the management and inventory of IT assets;

- Previous experience in on-site technical support roles;

- Good knowledge of hardware, networks, operating systems, and peripherals;

- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems independently;

- Good communication, team spirit, and user focus;

- English - minimum B1;

- Driver's license (valued).

Model: On-site - Shifts 24/7 - 05h to 13h -> 13h to 21h -> 21h to 05h
