Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- 2nd and 3rd line support;

- Know the procedures and participate in the task automation process;

- Communication with Technical teams;

- Construction and updating of documentation and support materials for service support;

- Analysis, documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools;

- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;

- Analysis and resolution of vulnerabilities;

- 24/7 support, with a preventive regime;

- Implementation, migration, administration and support of multi-technology platforms.

Requirements:

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;

- Use and administration of Microsoft environments;

- Familiarity with IT best practices standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000;

- Scripting languages (powershell);

- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS;

- Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server);

- Administration and management of Microsoft platforms;

- Active Directory;

- Creation, implementation and management of GPOs.

Location: Alfragide - 2 to 3 times a week.
