Position: Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic team and oversee the implementation of technological solutions with clients. This role combines project management, technical integration support, and client relationship management, making it ideal for professionals interested in technology, analytical skills, and a strong client orientation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring proper expectation management and a strong commitment to delivery quality.
• Oversee technical implementations, acting as the main point of contact during the service integration process with clients.
• Analyze functional and technical documentation, ensuring a correct understanding of requirements and implemented solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor tests conducted by clients, analyzing results, identifying deviations, and supporting technical problem resolution.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and critical thinking in identifying, diagnosing, and following up on incidents or errors based on product documentation and test results.
• Ensure that projects are executed and delivered according to defined requirements, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and potential blockers by proposing mitigation actions and proactively communicating identified challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient implementation and a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in projects with programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java Script, .Net, as well as experience with Web Services and REST API.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, PrestaShop, or WooCommerce is valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Ability to manage expectations and resolve challenging situations constructively and solution-oriented.
• Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, adapting to the specific needs of the client and the project.
• Planning and Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strategic vision, and prioritize needs efficiently.
