Position: Data analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze data from different sources (databases, system logs, monitoring tools), ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of the analyzed data;
• Produce statistical analyses and periodic activity reports (KPIs, SLAs, incident trends);
• Support the identification of patterns, correlations, and root causes associated with technical incidents, in collaboration with technical teams (infrastructure, development, support) for data interpretation;
• Perform impact analyses of incidents, quantifying operational and business effects;
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support the Technical Support team, using Power BI and Grafana;
• Document data models, analytical processes, and dashboards developed.

Requirements

• Solid experience in:
• Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualizations)
• SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations, query optimization)
• Ability in statistical analysis and data interpretation;
• Experience in building and maintaining operational dashboards;
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of data visualization tools;
• Fluency in technical English (reading and writing)
