Role Overview:

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to integrate our teams into a challenging international environment, focused on ensuring the stability, security, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise Windows infrastructure across multiple European entities. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support, contribute to infrastructure operations and patching activities, and help maintain critical services related to automation, Active Directory integration, and endpoint security.

What you will do:

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
• Support and maintain key infrastructure components, including Ansible Tower, Centrify, Trellix, and patch management activities;
• Monitor and support Active Directory-related services, with a strong focus on integration with Linux environments;
• Perform infrastructure patching activities and produce clear, structured reporting on execution and outcomes;
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives, following project methodologies and operational standards.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Windows infrastructure administration, with solid knowledge of Windows architecture, OS management, WSUS, Ansible, and enterprise security concepts;
• Comfortable working with infrastructure architecture topics such as networking, DNS, DHCP, and security principles;
• Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Ansible, and Python;
• Familiar with asset management and reporting tools such as BMC Discovery and Power BI;
• Knowledgeable in project governance fundamentals, including planning, deliverables, risk tracking, and reporting;
• Fluent in English, with French considered a plus.
