Role Overview:
We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join our teams in a challenging international environment, focusing on ensuring the stability, security, maintenance, and evolution of the corporate Windows infrastructure across various European entities. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support, contribute to infrastructure operations and patching activities, and help maintain critical services related to automation, integration with Active Directory, and endpoint security.
What you will do:
- Provide level 3 support for incidents and service requests related to the Windows infrastructure, ensuring effective and timely resolution;
- Support and maintain critical infrastructure components, including Ansible Tower, Centrify, Trellix, and patch management activities;
- Monitor and support services related to Active Directory, with a strong focus on integration with Linux environments;
- Perform patching activities for the infrastructure and produce clear and structured reports on execution and results;
- Collaborate with regional IT teams and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives, following project methodologies and operational standards.
Who you are:
- Deep knowledge in Windows infrastructure administration, with a solid understanding of Windows architecture, OS management, WSUS, Ansible, and enterprise security concepts;
- Comfortable working with infrastructure architecture topics such as networks, DNS, DHCP, and security principles;
- Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Ansible, and Python;
- Familiar with asset management and reporting tools like BMC Discovery and Power BI;
- Knowledgeable about project governance fundamentals, including planning, delivery, risk monitoring, and reporting;
- Fluent in English, with French being a plus.
