Role Overview
We are looking for a IT Field Engineer to join our teams in a challenging international technology environment.
In this role, you will support hardware deployment and delivery projects, ensuring the successful installation, configuration, validation, and stabilization of technical solutions across customer environments.
What you will do
- Execute hardware installation, replacement, and deployment activities across customer environments;
- Configure, validate, and verify servers, workstations, terminals, peripherals, and related infrastructure following approved procedures;
- Provide on-site and remote support during installation, cutover, go-live, and early life support phases of delivery projects;
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues, perform connectivity and functionality checks, and coordinate technical escalations when necessary;
- Document deployment activities, incidents, and project outcomes while ensuring compliance with security, operational, and installation standards.
What you are like
- Proficient in hardware deployment, field installation, and technical rollout activities;
- Experienced with servers, PCs, peripherals, and onsite infrastructure environments;
- Knowledgeable in basic networking concepts, including LAN/WAN connectivity, cabling, and troubleshooting;
- Comfortable installing and configuring operating systems, including Windows and Linux environments;
- Hands-on, execution-focused professional capable of working under project deadlines and onsite constraints.
