Role Overview:
We are looking for an Integration Architect to join a leading energy company in Portugal, where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of its success.
You will lead the design and implementation of system integration solutions across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity between platforms, driving digital transformation, and enabling scalable, secure, and efficient operations.
What you will do:
- Design and implement integration architectures for internal and external systems.
- Define and promote best practices and standards for integration (API Management, ESB, ETL, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams.
- Evaluate and recommend integration technologies and tools.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions.
- Contribute to the definition of technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture.
What you are like:
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, SAP PO, IBM API Connect, WSO2, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is important.
