The Company

Our client aims to strengthen their IT team by integrating an IT Technician, responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the technological infrastructures of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and operating systems;
  • Manage and monitor servers, ensuring their proper functioning and performance;
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication incidents;
  • Manage the ticketing system and monitor the resolution of occurrences;
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and email services;
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment;
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers;
  • Support projects for improvements in technological infrastructures;
  • Conduct inventory and management of computer equipment;
  • Develop content and multimedia solutions to support internal communication;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the organization's technological systems and services.

Desired Profile

  • Academic training in IT, Information Systems, or similar;
  • Professional experience in technical support and system administration;
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft infrastructures;
  • Experience in managing servers and computer networks;
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting;
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities;
  • Orientation towards internal customer service and problem resolution;
  • Team spirit, proactivity, and autonomy;
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
